Despite being Illinois's second-largest healthcare system, Presence Health had a brand positioning issue. In a sea of bland, stock photo-y competitor campaigns of smiling people running by Lake Michigan, we wanted to stand for something meaningful and authentic...brave, even. Our brand message was compassion, as shown through Presence Health's Catholic foundation, community outreach, and physicians and staff who go above and beyond.
So we asked photographer Tim Klein to capture real moments inside Presence walls, and paired his beautiful imagery with copy that spoke from the heart.
